Speaking notes for our new Doctors and Health Team meet and greet October 18th, 2016

 Mayors Welcome

Good Afternoon everyone;

On behalf of myself, The Town administration and council I want to welcome you all today and thank you for coming here to not only meet our new Doctors but also to welcome them into our communities. It goes to show that with hard work and determination anything can be accomplished.

I want to say Thank You to all of you for showing that there is nothing that cannot be accomplished if we all work together towards a common goal.

 I would like to acknowledge the members of the Sunrise Health Board that are here in attendance and thank them for coming out. I would also like to acknowledge the Preeceville and District Health Action Committee for hosting this event today. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and we appreciate everything you have done for our communities.

(Our local town hall was filled to capacity. The community is not only elated about this but relieved as well. This is the first time in many years we can say that we have 4 practicing health care providers for our area) gh
