Everybody's Playground Centennial Award 2013

This project was installed in the fall of 2012.  So it is the first of the new Centennial Awards. It highlights what small towns are all about and what we all can do.
 Making this dream a reality was a team of people who said:
 "yes it can be done"

PSCC Support Letter for the Breakfast Café

PSCC Support Letter for the Breakfast Café

The Preeceville School has been doing a pilot project funded by the Preeceville SCC called a Breakfast Café. The Breakfast Café allows students, who were unable for whatever reason to have breakfast before coming to school, to have something sustainable to eat before going to class. The Breakfast Café is free of charge to any student who needs to utilize it and has proven to be very popular. The Preeceville School along with the Preeceville SCC would like to see the continuation of this project but we cannot do it without your help.

We are asking for monetary donations to help fund this project. The Preeceville SCC will continue to contribute but we need your help as well. With the help of a monetary donation from your business, what is now just a pilot project, can become a permanent reality for the students of the Preeceville School.

 Money is very important to keep this project going but we are also in need of volunteers. If you can provide both a monetary donation and a volunteer service that would be wonderful, however, if you are unable to donate money, but are able to donate your time, that is equally important to the success of this project.

If you are interested in donating or would like more information, please feel free to contact Doug King (Principal) at the Preeceville School at 306-547-3148 or Garth Harris (Chairperson SCC) at 306-547-5672(W) or 306-547-2295(H).

We appreciate any help you can give us and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Sincerely;

Premier Ambulance Service Centennial Award 2013

Saskatchewan's Premier Ambulance Business sets a new benchmark for service to the Town of Preeceville and the surrounding area in 2013.  Preeceville Ambulance Care (1998) LTD is one of the Towns shining lights. A  business that the rest of small rural Saskatchewan looked to for an example of greatness. This business was truly one we were very proud of. Their investment into capital and training  gives our citizens service only found in our largest cities. Add that to small town staffing and we have a team that can't be beat.
