Preeceville Safety Statement:

Harassment in all it's forms is not acceptable.
"Unacceptable behavior from anyone will not be tolerated. When asked to stop the unacceptable behavior, it is expected to stop immediately. Community leaders may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including any and all bylaws, Provincal and Federal laws."

- Fitness Classes at the Preeceville Legion Hall starting Mondays October 6th and at the Sturgis Elementary School starting Thursdays Oct 9th - call Lisa at 306-547-2989 with any questions.
- Preeceville Hospital Auxiliary will be holding a Christmas Auction Sale on Monday Nov 24th, 2014 at Club 60 beginning at 6:30 pm. Donations such as crafts, baking, sewing, knitting, etc. are greatly appreciated and can be dropped off with Grace Predy or Marg Neitling. For more information, call 547-2854.

They have all this seasons pavement patched, traffic lines all painted, repairs to our storm drains and manholes done and fall hauling of reject gravel and crushed rock done. A Water project to see which type of system to upgrade to in underway. (Nano Filtration Pilot) Ongoing view of our lift station after this seasons rainfall. Ongoing replacement of our fire Hydrants, upgrades to some of our culverts and upgrading a ball diamond for shale.
Two grants have been awarded in the community so far this year from the EDC. One to the Ski Club to upgrade their trails North of Town. Another one to the Preeceville School for Winter Recreation. Check out our EDC Plan for Recreation @ http://www.townofpreeceville.ca/default.aspx?page=65&cid=6
Preeceville wants and needs more recreation. If you have an idea, send us a proposal and you could see your idea come to life with up to $2000.00 in funding. The Preeceville EDC is waiting to hear from you. Deadline is the EDC meeting each month in 2014 so get your proposal to us today.
